Kaffia Court - is under offer
What a pleasant surprise.
We listed our property, went away for two days and it was inspected and sold.
No fussing about stressing that everything looks good or anything. Just left it tidy never dreaming that anyone would want to do an inspection as Saturdays are filled with "open days".
Contracts being signed today, month's settlement. Just the building & pest to sort out and then it should be okay to assume that it will settle.
